We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. They gave us a very large room, the beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet for both nights. The Wi-Fi was not great though. They included a simple breakfast too. It included bagels, yogurt and coffee or tea. Service was really indifferent, always felt like we were bothering them...
Despite reviews this place was clean and comfortable and in a great location near Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon. Breakfast barely exists but plenty of food nearby. Would recommend.

Front desk guy is helpful & responsible . Rooms ,Bed sheets, washroom are very neat & clean. Except for TV which is not working and missing microwave oven in our room rest of everything is decently good.
The rooms were ok old..air conditioner that was loud had to unplug. Carpet felt sticky and dirty. We went for breakfast at 7 nothing left we had to wait for them to bring out more. Staff was ok not real friendly
The map Hotels.com is wrong. Hotel situated in older part of town. Rooms dated, and clean. Small bar fridge that was nice to have. Great Mexican food next door.
The room and linens were clean. The location was great. We were able to walk to a local restaurant for dinner and to the grocery store for snacks. Not to mention, Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend were a short drive away. It felt like a safe place to stay and an overall good deal.
It is situated right in the center of Page. The room was like in the pictures, no surprises. The check in went fast, no issues. The person at the counter was nice and polite as well. The parking is not very big so spots go fast at night. The pool was not open when I was there (Mid-April 2025).
